Terms of Use

Effective November 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Gojjo Holding LLC, which operates AdwaBook ("AdwaBook," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using adwabook.com or app.adwabook.com, you agree to them.

1. Who can use AdwaBook

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use AdwaBook for a company or LLC, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private.
• You're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away at support@adwabook.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Free period and pricing

• The first 500 accounts get AdwaBook free for 60 days. No credit card is needed to start.
• After the free period, AdwaBook is $39 per month. We'll ask you to add a payment method and agree before we charge anything.
• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

AdwaBook sorts transactions and prepares reports, including Schedule E summaries and CPA exports, based on the information you and your bank provide. Automatic sorting can be wrong. AdwaBook is not a CPA, tax preparer, attorney, or financial advisor. You're responsible for reviewing your books and for your tax filings. Have a qualified professional review your returns.

5. Bank connections and other services

Bank connections are provided by Plaid and are subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for errors, delays, or outages from Plaid, your bank, or other services we don't control.

6. Your data

You own the information you put into AdwaBook. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide AdwaBook to you. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it anytime.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use AdwaBook for anything illegal or to hide illegal activity.
• Upload data you don't have the right to use, or accounts that aren't yours or your business's.
• Try to break into, overload, copy, or reverse-engineer AdwaBook, or access other users' data.
• Resell or share access to AdwaBook without our written permission.

8. Early product

AdwaBook is new and still improving. Features may change, and we may add, change, or remove features as the product grows. We'll give notice before removing a feature you rely on when we reasonably can.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Account & billing. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or AdwaBook at risk. When possible, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

10. Disclaimer

AdwaBook is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AdwaBook and Gojjo Holding LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, tax penalties, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of AdwaBook or your breaking these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll email you or show a notice in the app. Using AdwaBook after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Gojjo Holding LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
